Dr. Yue cofounded FlashDx in 2018 and serves as the Chairperson of the Board and CEO of the company. Prior to FlashDx, she had led product development at Applied Biosystems, Thermo Fisher Scientific and a Silicon Valley startup, ranging from microfluidic qPCR to sample preparation for sequencing. She had also been an executive business leader responsible for Wuxi NextCODE's cloud platform and its $150M sequencing business.

Dr. Yue earned her bachelor's degrees in Thermophysics and Computer Science from Tsinghua University, Beijing and her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at University of California, Berkeley. She also earned her MBA and was the Palmer Scholar at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Licen Lisa Xu joined FlashDx in 2022 and leads the commercialization effort as Chief Commercial Officer. She is based in the Bay Area, San Francisco, USA. She held several executive leadership positions in leading Diagnostics and Genomics companies with various P&L responsibilities as much as $0.5B. She was Vice President at Roche Diagnostics in its Molecular Lab business for Next Generation Sequencing systems (NGS) and applications. She served as VP of enterprise informatics software at Illumina, a leader of innovative NGS systems; Senior Director, General Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific; Director of product management at Applied Biosystems and Life Technologies.

Dr. Xu earned her bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and master's degree of Biophysics from Tsinghua University, Beijing. She obtained her Ph.D of Molecular Biology at University of Zurich. She earned Aresty Scholar at Wharton School.

As CSO and cofounder, Dr. Heng Dai leads R&D efforts of FlashDx. Dr. Dai is a multi-disciplined scientist and engineer with extensive experience in pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries. Prior to FlashDx, Dr. Dai cofounded Sinotech Genomics, a startup focusing on NGS-based oncology diagnostic products. He also served as Executive Director of WuXi NextCODE Genomics, where he supervised bioinformatics, IT and genetic consulting for product developments. Dr. Dai also served various technical lead positions at BioNano and J&J.

Dr. Dai received Ph.D. of Molecular Biology and M.S. of Computer Engineering from University of Southern California, B.S. of Biology from University of Science and Technology of China.

Dr. Feng Zhang serves as Chief Operating Officer and leads the overall operational activities within FlashDx Inc. Her teams are mainly responsible for Global Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, Human Resources and Procurement. Dr. Zhang is a seasoned biotech executive with extensive experiences in academic institutions, hospitals, pharmaceutical company, and startup. Prior to FlashDx, Dr Zhang cofounded SeekIn, a cancer early detection company. She also worked as Senior Director in US branch of WuXi NextCODE leading global operations & key projects management. She also served various positions in Merck & Co, Inc., King's College London, and Guy's & St Thomas Hospital in UK.

Dr. Feng Zhang received Ph.D and MSc in Medical Genetics from Aberdeen University, UK, and MD from Yan'an University, China. She also received different business trainings including from Harvard Business School and CEIBS.

Zhang Yong co-founded FlashDx in 2018 and serves as the CTO of the company. Prior to FlashDx, he had led the customer service department, R&D department, registration office and reagent department of Rayto Life and Analytical Sciences Co., Ltd. He has 24 years of experience in R&D, manufacturing, registration, quality, cost control and customer service in IVD, and has successfully completed the project R&D, registration, manufacturing of several series of instruments and reagents.

Zhang Yong earned his bachelor's degrees in Biology from University of Science and Technology of China.
